Buzz had been out that Hrithik Roshan and dad Rakesh Roshan have joined hands with ace filmmaker Sanjay Gupta over a project. But alas! Already the film has got into a legal problem, even before it took off.

Story goes that actor-writer Sudhanshu Pandey alleged that the film's script has been written by him and he had first approached with it to producer Ekta Kapoor. However, Sanjay Gupta got the script, he failed to involve both Kapoor and Pandey; instead went to Roshans who were keen to produce it.

Following this, Sudhanshu filed a complaint in IFTPC (Indian Film and TV Producers Council). According to him, Rakesh Roshan wanted to be the sole producer of the film while he offered Sudhanshu to take the credit of being associate producer. Sudhanshu didn't like such treatment and felt that he was kept in dark. He realised about the entire matter when he came to know that project is going to start its shooting in coming January.
