Hrithik Roshan to appear alongside Saif Ali Khan in 'Vikram Vedha' remake.

According to recent developments, Actor Hrithik Roshan and Saif Ali Khan are going to star in the Hindi remake of Tamil blockbuster 'Vikram Vedha'. Earlier, Aamir Khan was attached to the project but he walked away as he wasn't satisfied with the finalized screenplay of the remake.

The concept of the film parodies the tales to Vikram - Betaal where a gangster manages to escape from the cop everytime he gets caught by telling him a story about his life. Hrithik Roshan will play the gangster originally played by Vijay Sethupathi while Saif will play the righteous cop originally played by R Madhavan.

The film will be directed by Pushkar-Gayathri who also directed the original.
