Bollywood superstar Hrithik Roshan turned a year older today. Marking his birthday, the makers of his film 'Vikram Vedha' have unveiled his first look from the movie.

Sharing Hrithik's look, writer-directors Pushkar-Gayatri duo tweeted, "Wishing Hrithik a very happy birthday! It's been mind-blowing working with you! Cheers to a great year ahead! Delighted to present the first look of Vedha in #VikramVedha. Hitting the cinemas worldwide on 30th September 2022."

Produced by Bhushan Kumar's T-Series, Reliance Entertainment, Friday Filmworks and S Sashikanth's YNOT Studios, the film is a remake of the Tamil-language film 'Vikram Vedha'. Co-starring Saif Ali Khan as the other lead man, it has 'Legend' actress Radhika Apte in a crucial role.

A crime thriller, the Tamil original of 'Vikram Vedha' was fronted by R Madhavan and Vijay Sethupathi.

The remake is expected to unfurl a new wave of neo-noir genre films in Bollywood. "The film tells the story of Vikram, a police inspector who sets out to track down and kill Vedha, a gangster. After Vedha voluntarily surrenders himself, he tells Vikram three stories which change his perceptions of good and evil," the Wikipedia description of the synopsis says.
