Hrithik Roshan, Katrina Kaif miss Zoya's 'Dil Dhadakne Do' party

Zoya Akhtar will be seen making her directorial outing with 'Dil Dhadakne Do' after nearly three years of her last film 'Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara' (ZNMD) released. The ace director, who was continuously working on the trailer for the last couple of weeks, has been busy editing the film and gearing up for its trailer launch.
Zoya received a lot of requests from friends who were keen to see some content of the film but Zoya had kept everything under wraps. However she locked the final edit last week and wanted to share the trailer with her close friends and get their first hand feedback. Zoya hosted a small get together of sorts over the weekend to show the trailer to the film to close family and friends
She invited the ZNMD team however they had prior work commitments and sadly could not make it. Hrithik Roshan was away shooting for 'Mohenjo Daro' and Kalki was in Delhi promoting her film 'Margarita with a straw'. Abhay Deol was not in the country and Katrina Kaif had a brand commitment.
However a lot of her director friends joined her like Kiran Rao, Anurag Kashyap, Vikas Bahl and Homi Adajania. They all loved the trailer and it sparked of a conversation where Ritesh, Zoya and Farhan shared instances and stories of them shooting the film.
