Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan has reportedly purchased brand new two apartments worth Rs 97.50 Crore in Mumbai on the Juhu-Versova Link Road.
Reportedly, one apartment is a duplex penthouse and the other is a single-storey home. The apartments spread over three floors over an area of 38,000 sq. ft., with 6,500 sq ft open-to-the-sky terrace that offer an uninterrupted view of the Arabian sea.
The family will have access to 10 parking spots and a private elevator that has access to the parking slots in the building premises.
It is reported that Hrithik paid Rs 67.5 crore for the duplex on the 15th and 16th floors, which is spread across 27534.85 sq ft, and Rs 30 crore for the second apartment on the 14th floor that spreads across 11165 sq ft.
On the work front, Hrithik is now gearing up for the fourth instalment of the Krrish franchise. It may be noted the actor has been giving a sneak peek into his sea-facing house on social media.
The building’s name is Mannat and the deal at Rs 97.50 crore was reportedly closed on Thursday.
