A housewife from Mumbai recently found that her WhatsApp number was added to a group named Triple XXX. She thought a friend of her must have done it to pull her legs. But no, it was not a prank. The next morning when she woke up, the housewife saw that the group was full of pornographic images and videos.

Worried, the housewife directly went to the police and complained against the group admin. The police traced the admin, Mustaq Ali Shaikh, a 24-year-old carpenter. They immediately arrested him and book him under relevant IPC and Income Tax Act sections.

Mustaq has claimed that he never knew the number was of an unknown woman. He admittedly thought it was his brother-in-law's. While the accused has pleaded innocence, the police are busy tracking his call details, etc to assess if he has a history of misbehaving with women or committing any offence.
