She is one of the heroines of the much-talked about Vijayendra Varma. But that being Balakrishna's film, and the fact that she has to share space with two other heroines, Ankita is pegging her hopes low on that film.

But Ankita, who is making a name for herself as a glamour puss in Tollywood, is pretty confident on Taka Dhimita.

The curvaceous actress is playing the female lead opposite Yuvakrishna in this romantic comedy with a college backdrop.

Says Ankita, "I loved shooting for this film as I identified with the role to a great extent. Some of the scenes reminded me of my college days. We used to have a lot of fun."

Ankita is not unduly worried over the fact that Yuvakrishna is a debutant. "See, I too was one some time ago," she chirps.

The film is a mega musical with nine songs most of which have been shot abroad. It is a bilingual film to be made in Tamil and Telugu to cater to a wider audience.

Directed by Sundar C, the film marks Ankita's foray into Tamil.

"Language is not a problem," she says.

Let's see. The film is slated for January release.
