Kushboo controversy seems not to have died down as yet.

After a series of protests and slew of cases filed against here, Kushboo on Monday saw the Chief Minister Jayalalithaa adding her bit to the whole matter.

She said the actress should have refrained from making such a comment. It was against the culture and traditions of the State, the Chief Minister asserted.

It may be recalled that Kushboo's interview to a vernacular weekly on pre-marital sex lead to stout opposition from several quarters.

On Monday, Jayalalithaa who met media persons, answering a question said that the actress should have refrained from making such comments. ‘Moreover, it was not a fair to voice opinions against Tamil culture and tradition,' she observed.

Now with the CM herself chipping in, things seem to be hotting up further.
