Actress Malavika Mohanan, daughter of renowned cinematographer KU Mohanan, had made her film debut with Malayalam movie Pattam Pole and went on to act in movies in Kannada, an international movie Beyond the clouds directed by Majid Majidi etc.
Having made her kollywood and debut with Superstar Rajnikanth starrer Petta directed by Karthik Subbaraj, where she was paired with Sasikumar, the actress will be seen next in Tamil in Lokesh Kanagaraj's Master where she's paired with Vijay.

Yesterday, she posted a photo of herself clad in a veshti, and had posted on her story "Switching from pyjamas to 'veshti' has been the best decision of the week".
