Nayanthara starrer Netrikann first single was released this week as a tribute to front line workers who are battling to keep the public safe. The soothing song was liked and heard by many.
The ongoing curfew has affected the theatrical release of many films and Netrikann is also one among that. Now the producers are in talks with OTT platforms to skip the theatrical release and release in digital platforms.
If the information from the sources are to be true the film will be premiered in July 2021 on Disney+ Hotstar. The film is produced by Vignesh Shivan’s Rowdy Pictures, and is co-produced by Hyunwoo Thomas Kim under the banner Kross Pictures.
Nayanthara will be seen as a blind lady and on the other hand Ajmal Ameer and Manikandan are expected to play prominent roles.
