It has been love celebration this New Year's eve for "close friends" Bipasha Basu and Karan Singh Grover. The two flew off to the beautiful locales of Thailand.

Meanwhile talks are that the 'Alone' beauty will ring in her birthday in Thailand itself, which falls on January 7.
