Will Trisha overtake Nayanthara for Rajini?

Ever since the official announcement of the Rajini-Ranjith film came from Dhanush there have been many reports coming up about the story and the casting though the director is busy penning the script and shooting will commence only in August 2017. Some sources claimed that Amala Paul is likely to be the pair of Rajini in the as yet untitled film. But it is believed that Ranjith could go for a senior actress with
Nayanthara being the most preferred one to share the screenspace for the fourth time with Rajini (Counting her two songs in Sivaji' and Kuselan'). However, others say that there could be a tilt in the favor of Trisha who has done films with all the leading heroes excepting Rajini and has been vocal in every interview that her only big dream is to star as the leading lady of the superstar. Trisha or Nayanthara, we'll know the answer only when Rajini, Ranjith and Dhanush decide to announce officially.
