Is Shruti Haasan dating current Bollywood heartthrob?

A couple of days back there was a huge buzz in Bollywood that Ranbhir Kapoor and Shruti Haasan have become a couple after cupid struck on the sets of an old film the duo worked on. However, Bollywood media have doused the rumors after getting in touch with Ranbhir who has said that he and Shruti were good friends and nothing more and that he is happy to stay single.

Ranbhir has dated Deepika Padukone for several years and also was in a live in relationship with Katrina Kaif before breaking up a few months back.
