Nayanthara, Samantha and Anushka are ruling the roost in South Indian cinema and its time for us to take a look at some of the young girls, who with their immense talent and alluring beauty are all set to rock the future. Here we go.

Riythvika

This ‘Madras’ girl has gone places after her different role with Superstar Rajinikanth in ‘Kabali’ and she is one to look out for as far as the acting department is concerned as evidenced in ‘Oru Naal Koothu’. Her upcoming films are Gowndamani’s ‘Enakku Verengum Kilaigal Illai’ and Vikram’s ‘Iru Mugan’.

Mia George

This beauty from God’s own country was part of the super hit film ‘Indru Nettru Naalai’ and will be seen opposite Vijay Antony in ‘Yeman’ and the Anirudh musical 'RUM'.

Pooja Devariya

A Selvaraghavan find this trained actress made heads turn with her riveting performance in ‘Iraivi’ and she has some very interesting projects on hand like 'Kaaka Muttai' Manikandan's 'Kutramae Thandanai', ‘Mo’, Bobby Simha’s ‘Vallavanukku Vallavan’ and Vijay Sethupathi’s ‘Aandavan Kattalai’.

Nikhila Vimal

One more girl from Kerala who played the rural Tamil girl perfectly in Sasikumar’s ‘Vetrivel’ so much so that the actor-director-producer has repeated her in ‘Kidaari’. She shows lots of bubbly cuteness in the trailers and will the Sasikumar touch do to her career what it did to Lakshmi Menon’s remains to be seen.

The Miss India, UAE 2015 had a dream debut in this years sleeper hit ‘Oru Naal Koothu’ in which her perfect portrayal of a young modern IT girl has won her many fans and unanimous praise from critics. She is said to have signed a few interesting projects and is most definitely one to watch out for in the future.

Anupama Parameshwaran

Another ‘Premam’ girl is making her debut opposite no less a hero than Dhanush in his upcoming ‘Kodi’ and if initial reports are to be believed, she is set to go places after the release of the film this coming Diwali.

Sai Pallavi

A girl from our own Nilgiris district who has become the dream girl of many since her debut in the Malayalam film ‘premium’. Many want to see her in a Tamil film, but the offers she turned down recently include Maniratnam’s ‘Kaattru Veliyidai’ and Thala Ajith’s ‘AK57’. Rumor has it that she is the chosen one in the A.R. Rahman musical directed by Rajiv Menon starring G.V, Prakash Kumar.

The ‘Premam’ girl held her own against Vijay Sethupathi in Nalan Kumaraswamy's 'Kadhalum Kadandhu Pogum' and has one of the most exciting project in her kitty the Vijay Sethupathi-T.Rajendhar film directed by K. V. Anand.

Manjima Mohan

Even before the release of Gautham Menon's 'Achcham Yenbathu Madamaiyada', her first Tamil film, Manjima Mohan, a promising find from Malayalam film industry, has become a hot sensation among Tamil film buffs, mainly youngsters. She is presently acting in 'Mudi Sooda Mannan' with Vikram Prabhu and is in talks with the makers of a few other exciting projects in Tamil.

Shrusti Dange

Her cute dimples caught the eye with Illayaraja's 'Putham pudhu kaalai' playing in the background in the film 'Megha' and ever since she is considered a messiah of small producers gaining the reputation for being very down to earth and being considerate on the remuneration front. After her decent outing in ‘Dharma Durai’ the upcoming films are ‘Achamindri’, 'Oru Nodiyil', 'Kaalakkoothu', 'Mupparimanam' 'Pottu' and the untitled Udayanidhi - Ezhil project.

Ritika Singh

The sandakaari Madhee from ‘Irudhi Suttru’ is one of the most promising talents whose hard work has landed her a few very interesting projects on her lap. Ritika will be seen opposite Vijay Sethupathi in ‘Aandavan Kattalai’ directed by ‘Kaaka Muttai’ Manikandan and Raghava Lawrence’s pair in ‘Shivalingaa’ directed by P. Vasu.
