Hospital's insensitivity after infant's death in accident

Recently, a deadly fire broke out at the Andheri ESIC Hospital fire in Mumbai. About 12 victims have died. Among them is a pre-term infant who was just a week old.
The victim's death is sad for a reason. She had been on a ventilator support at a private hospital. Her parents, Lalita and Anil Logavi, were blessed with twins only days before the fire accident at the hospital. Since they were premature births, the babies were underweight and were being treated in ICU.
When the fire broke out, the husband rescued his wife and the doctors attended to the babies in ICU. The girl child couldn't be saved and she has died. The parents have blamed the hospital for not having adequate safety measures in place.
As per a report, the parents sought compensation from the hospital. But the management has refused to compensate them, citing that the baby was anyways destined to die due to ill-health!
