Sivaji is one actor who is popular and accepted without being a real star.

And that is why he gets films from time to time. Sivaji did not have a great 2005. Most of his film went down like a hard stone in an ocean.

But the young hero has still plenty of takers.

His friends have come together to put him in a new movie that will go to the floors tomorrow.

Elsewhere, the case of Laya is no different.

Laya---tall, fair and Telugu-speaking ----did not find the going easy last year. She was washed aside in the torrent of brazen Bollywood babes sweeping Tollywood these days.

Obviously Laya cannot match those Mumbai girls in oomph stakes. But Laya’s undoubted acting skills and local language skills went almost unrequited here as she shifted her sights to Malayalam.

Laya and Sivaji had acted together in Adirindayya Chandram.

The duo stood out with their fine chemistry.

It is the hope that this chemistry will work out again has forced director Srinivasa Reddy to cast them again together.

Srinivasa Reddy directed Adirindayya Chandram. He has now cast Sivaji and Laya together in a new film named Tata Birla Madhyalo Laila.

This fun film of sorts will go to the floors tomorrow.
