Yet another actress abuse news has hit the Malayalam film industry. A case has been filed by an actress against Honey Bee 2 director Jean Paul Lal and actor Sreenath Bhasi and technicians Anirudh and Anoop for cheating her by not paying her remuneration as promised and making lewd comments against her. According to her complaint, the team had also used a body double of hers to shoot an obscene scene.

Meanwhile, Jean Paul's father Lal had come out strongly against the actress for making "false accussations". He also asked why the woman would otherwise choose to complain after such a long time and even the movie was released in March. The police are investigating the matter.
