Recently, a young actress had filed a case against director Jean Paul Lal and actor Sreenath Bhasi and technicians Anirudh and Anoop for using her body double in the movie 'Honey Bee 2' without her consent and also using vulgar remarks against her by the crew when she asked for the promised remuneration. A case was registered against four of the accused under sections 420 (cheating) and 354 (attempting to outrage the modesty of a woman) of the IPC.

As per the latest update, Jean Paul and the three others have filed an anticipatory bail plea, which will be heard today in the sessions court. However, the proofs are against the accused as the Kerala Police recently watched the censor copy of the movie and found that Jean Paul had used a dupe for an obscene scene. The costume designer and the makeup man of the film have also given their statements to the police, confirming that there were differences and issues between the makers and the actress. Stay tuned!
