The pre-release event of 'HIT', which will release on February 28, was graced by 'Baahubali' and 'RRR' director Rajamouli as one of the chief guests. Speaking on the occasion, he said that the film will become a hit.
"The film is looking stylish, be it the teaser, trailer, sneak peek or other pre-release material. The Sneak Peek is definitely curiosity-inducing. Many years ago, a Hollywood movie's important scene was deliberately revealed before its theatrical release. This scene triggered the curiosity of the audience and the film became a big hit. I hope 'HIT' too becomes a blockbuster," Rajamouli said.
The celebrated filmmaker also hoped that 'HIT' becomes a franchise. "I hope you will make subsequent films on Second Case, Third Case, etc," he added.
Speaking on the occasion, Nani noted, "When director Sailesh Kolanu narrated the story of 'HIT', I immediately liked it. I know his father personally and was reluctant to tell him to quit his job and try movies, which is a risky thing. Sailesh has now given me the confidence to tell him that he can afford to quit his regular job and continue in the film industry. He has arrived with 'HIT'. The way he has shown the nuances in the film, it's nothing like a first-time director's work."
Nani also lauded Vishwak Sen as a versatile performer. "He can do any kind of role. This is what I have felt after watching 'HIT'," the 'V' actor added. "I became a fan of music director Vivek Sagar when I watched 'Brochevarevaruraa'. He is one of the two heroes of 'HIT'," Nani said.
The Natural Star said that 'AWE', his maiden production venture, was a commercial success. "Media people write as though 'AWE' was only a critically-acclaimed movie. It made monies as well. An Income Tax raid happened recently. So, it's proof enough of its commercial success. And 'HIT' will be a bigger hit," Nani signed off.
