Try as much as want we just can't keep Teja off from these columns.

Starting with the pre-release days of Dhairiyam, the controversial director has been make it to the news columns for reasons good and bad. Okay make it, mostly bad.

After the fiasco of Dhairiyam and the subsequent mudslinging and cussed fight between him and the film's producers, Teja got down in right earnest to complete his Avunanna Kadhanna .

Starring Uday Kiran and Sada, his own finds, it is an important film for all concerned.

The film's audio has already been released and has got a good response.

The movie, we were told, was almost complete.

Now it turns out, it is not so. The point is Teja is said to be unhappy with the rushes he saw of the film.

So desperate for success, Teja has decided to re-shoot many of the sequences in a bid to get it right. He went to Rajamundry to re-shoot some scenes involving the lead pair.

Though some people may think Teja's re-shoot is a desperate step, the thing is it only reflects his sense of excellence and the boundless energy to get things right.

The film is set for April release.
