Congratulating the recipients of Bharat Ratna and Padma awards, Pawan Kalyan has specially hailed the four Telugu winners who have been crowned Padma Shri.
Sirivennela Sitharamasastry has come in for special praise. His lyrics have always engendered optimism. They very well capture the beauty of human relations and the Indian spirit, the Jana Sena chief said.
Pawan congratulated the chess grandmaster Dronavalli Harika, young Guntur farmer Y Venkateswara Rao, and footballer Sunil Chhetri.
