Actors Anil Kapoor and Jackie Shroff were two of the rising stars during 80s and they have also shared screen in films like 'Ram Lakhan' and 'Karma'. Few days back, Anil Kapoor had stated in an interview that he was sort of insecure about Jackie's rapid success as an actor. Apparently, Jackie was picked by Subhash Ghai for a project and it took him one role to become an A list actor.

When Karan Johar asked Anil if he felt insecure about Jackie, the latter replied, "Yeah he became a huge success. And I remember so well and he was such a sweet guy. When we were shooting, whenever he used to get the autograph book, he always passed it to me to sign first."

Now in a recent interview with Times Now, Jackie has responded to Anil statement. He says, "It is normal to look up to your older brother and say oh... But I know he is a guy who really really cares for me deep down in his heart and what he says is such a beautiful emotional display which not many people say it. His heart is absolutely clean and he speaks what he feels. That gives me a lot of credit, when a man of his calibre says that, he is giving me so much respect."
