Mahesh Babu is a talented actor. But his talent is almost undone by the fact that his films take an eternity to complete.
Between Arjun and Athadu, there was a gap of nearly a year.
For his fans were frankly impatient.
But there are enough indications that Mahesh Babu is now pushing things up.
His Pokiri, under the direction of Puri Jagannadh,is already underway.
The film stars him and Ileana of Devadasu fame.
Puri is very keen to make a film with a difference.
Mahesh, for his part, is very keen to finish the film early.
So Pokiri may be ready as early march next.
Signaling his serious intent, Mahesh will also simultaneously do a film with Gunasekhar.
Mahesh, it is clear, doesnÂt want to let things drift.
