Hindi remake of 'Prasthanam' locks release date

It's known that Sai Kumar's critically-acclaimed 'Prasthanam' has been remade in Hindi with Sanjay Dutt as the protagonist. The drama has been directed by Deva Katta, the director of the Telugu original.
The news is that the promising film is all set to hit the screens on Sept 20. The talented Manisha Koirala is playing a key role. 'Saaho' actors Jackie Shroff and Chunky Panday will also be seen. Ali Fazal, Amyra Dastur and Satyajeet Dubey are part of the cast.
The project came through two years ago only because of the efforts that Sanjay Dutt's wife, Maanayata Dutt, put in. It has been her dream to see her husband do the remake since 2011.
