Directed by Simbudevan and produced by creative director Shankar 'Himsai Arasan 23 Yu Pulakesi' with Vadivelu playing dual roles, while Nazar and Manorama playing key roles, is being dubbed into Telugu as 'Himsinche 23va Raju Pulakesi' by NV Prasad and Paras Jain on the banner of Mega Super Good Films Pvt Ltd., with RB Choudary as presenter.

Speaking on the occasion, producer NV Prasad says, 'Shankar is one among the director whom India could mention about proudly. He had produced this film after 'Oke Okkadu and Premiste'. This is a folklore movie. It may be recalled here that there are no folklore films in Telugu these days. The latest among them is 'Bhairavadweepam'. 'Himsai Arasan' was screened for more than 100 days and celebrated silver jubilee also. So, we had brought out the film in Telugu and it is all set to hit the screen on August 3. We are sure that the film would be a big hit in Telugu also like its Tamil original. Another speciality of this film is that Super Star Rajanikanth and Vijay also attended the function marking its silver jubilee.'
