After a tragic incident that recently happened in Kerala of an elephant consuming a pineapple laced with crackers last week resulting in her death, a cow has now suffered serious injuries in the face after the animal was fed with crackers in wheat by miscreants.

The disturbing video of the incident is being shared on social media, where the cow is seen bleeding from the area surrounding its mouth, while a large portion of the mouth is blown away. The incident happened in the Bilaspur area of Himachal Pradesh. The video was allegedly shot by the owner of the cow, who claimed that the cow was pregnant. According to reports, the Bilaspur SP has confirmed that a case regarding the matter was registered on May 26. "An FIR has been registered in this case under Section 286 of IPC, Section 11 of Prevention of Cruelty Against Animals Act," the officer reportedly stated.

No arrests have been made in the case so far, but investigations are currently underway. The police officer added that the accused in the case is under interrogation.
