Speaking at a press briefing in Karimnagar earlier on Monday, Pawan Kalyan said that he doesn't believe in destructive politics. "I believe in constructive politics," he noted.
"Nobody can use me for their advantage. I have no intention to divide anti-incumbency votes. My party will contest elections after duly considering its stamina. I will get to know how many seats my party should contest two months before polls," Power Star said.
I have nothing to do with Chiranjeevi garu. I have chosen a politics of addressing people's problems," he said.
"The BJP hasn't recognized the identity of Jana Sena. I have rejected Amit Shah's request to join his party," he said.
He said that Telangana CM and TRS supremo K Chandrasekhar Rao is believed by people to have secure separate Statehood for them. "The credit to bring all parties on a platform goes to him. He played a stellar role in the creation of Telangana. What is wrong in meeting him?" he opined. He added that he has immense respect for the state and that those who have an understanding of the state are joining his party. "Our teams are studying the problems in Telangana," he added.
"I have got friends in all parties. I meet them and discuss stuff with them," he revealed.
Earlier today, he donated Rs. 11 lacs to the Kondagattu Anjaneya Swamy temple.
From the 27th of this month, Pawan will undertake 'Karuvu Yatra' in Anantapur.
He also said that politics would be his primary focus from now.
