The 105-day journey of the Bigg Boss Telugu Season 8 came to an end and Nikhil Maliyakkal emerged as the winner of the show. There was a tough competition between Nikhil and runner-up Gautham. In the end, it was Nikhil who won the title with the highest number of votes.

Global Star Ram Charan attended the grand finale as the chief guest and presented the trophy to Nikhil. Nabeel secured the third position while Prerana and Avinash were in the fourth and fifth positions respectively. Nikhil won a prize money of Rs. 55 lakhs after winning the show. This is the highest prize money paid to a winner in the history of Telugu Bigg Boss. Along with the cash prize, Nikhil won a brand new Maruti Suzuki Dzire car of worth Rs. 7 lakhs.

Reportedly, Nikhil received a remuneration of Rs. 2.25 lakh per week. For staying in the house for 15 weeks, he got a remuneration of more than Rs. 33.75 lakhs. In total, Nikhil won around Rs. 95 lakhs through his prize money, remuneration and gifts.

Meanwhile, Ram Charan's presence brought glow to the Bigg Boss stage. He had a candid conversation with the ex-housemates. He revealed that both Gangavva and Rohini acted in his upcoming film Game Changer. He said that he will regularly follow Tasty Teja's videos.
