Vikram is a very cool person. He has seen enough successes and failures to last a lifetime. So these days he does his work in films and leaves the rest to the public.

This Tamil actor may however have some reason to feel tense.

His Mazaa is releasing for Deepavali. The fate of the film in Tamil is immaterial to his career prospects.

But the fate of its Telugu version, being released simultaneously, would be interesting to watch.

After the phenomenal success of Aparichitudu, many big names in the Telugu industry praised him sky-high, saying that he was on a par with any Telugu star.

The success or failure of Mazaa will also make Vikram decide how soon he wants to take up his direct Telugu venture (tentatively planned for March next).

Vikram is confident of his prospects in Telugu that is why he is allowing for the release of Mazaa simultaneously here.
