HIgh Court's decision on Senthil's arrest

Yesteryear comedy legend Senthil is now in active politics being a staunch supporter of the ADMK TTV Dinakaran faction. A few days earlier in a meeting he had allegedly used derogatory words against the Trichy M.P. Kumar, who had lodged a police complaint against the actor and Dinakaran and an arrest warrant was issued.
Senthil had filed a petition in the High Court stating that the Trichy police had no jurisdiction over a matter that occurred in Chennai and prayed for dismissal of the case. The Chennai High Court has passed orders restricting the police from arresting both Senthil and TTV Dinakaran till the 4th of October.
