High Court stalls release of 'Kamma Rajyamlo Kadapa Reddlu'

As expected, the release of 'Kamma Rajyamlo Kadapa Reddlu' is not happening for now. The High Court in Hyderabad has directed the CBFC (aka Censor Board) to view the film and take into consideration the objections raised by the parties (read KA Paul). The film is yet to be certified.
With the Court opining that the title is controversial in nature and might trigger clashes, Ram Gopal Varma has changed it to 'Amma Rajyamlo Kadapa Biddalu'.
The Court has said that the certification process and deletion of any scenes that are deemed controversial shall be completed in a week.
The film is expected to release on December 6.
