Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TSRTC) has got a good news from the High Court of Telangana. The HC has today directed the KCR government to hold discussions with the striking employees tomorrow at 10:30 am.
The joint action committee of TSRTC will continue the strike if the discussions fail. The Advocate General today argued in the court that the employees went on a strike without calling for discussions. On the other hand, the JAC's lawyer said that the government was never willing to sit with them in the first place.
The HC's directive comes a day after Telangana Governor Tamilisai Soundarajan sought a report from KCR regarding the inconvenience caused by the ongoing strike. It's believed that the Prime Minister is involved in the matter.
