One Venkateshavarulu had filed a case regarding the land on which the Ashram school run by Latha Rajinikanth is built. The high court already directed the petitioner to file a complaint with the Director of Matriculation Schools and he had done so and the additional director had sent a notice to Rajinikanth, Latha and the School Principal Vandhana to appear on the 25th of this month.

Vandhana sought the High Court to stay the order but the court has directed that within two weeks Rajinikanth and the rest have to appear before the directorate in person and then within four weeks the directorate has to resolve the case.
