Former Gladrags model and Mr. World (2001) Rajeev Singh is keeping his fingers crossed about his debut film "Khamosh" - a psychological thriller starring Shilpa Shetty and directed by Deepak Tijori.

"The film is a perfect blend of commercial elements, yet different. The character may not have any songs, but he gets to do what every hero does," the hunk who has become a familiar face in the commercials of L'Oreal, Bombay Dyeing and Vivaldi, was quoted.

The film - also starring former models Rajat Bedi, Kelly Dorje and Shahwar Ali -set to release April 15, has Rajeev playing Avinash, an actor's manager who harbors a secret crush on Shilpa, an escort.

He'll next be seen co-starring with Diana Hayden in "Ada". Meanwhile, he continues to do ramp shows and has been part of the Milan Fashion Week and done shows at Malaysia and Greece.
