Beautiful actress Katrina Kaif and brilliant actor Vijay Sethupathi are going to collaboratw for the latter's first Bollywood project titled 'Merry Christmas'. The film was supposed to go on floors by now but the production was halted when Katrina tested Covid positive.

A source close to the development shared, "All the ground work and pre-production is completed and the team now awaited a go ahead from the government to start their shoot. The film will kick off around May 15, in Mumbai with Katrina and Vijay. Most of the film will be shot in the city, followed by brief schedules in Pune and Goa."

Katrina also has the action film 'Tiger 3' under production and she'll be filming for it simultaneously while working on 'Merry Christmas'. After wrapping up both the shoots, the actress would focus on her female led superhero movie titled 'Super Soldier'. A source shared, "She will wrap up both the films by the month of September and then commence shooting for Ali Abbas Zafar’s superhero film, Super Soldier."
