Here is why Vijay Deverakonda is not proudish

Vijay Deverakonda has faced the allegation that he has become proudish of late. The other day, at a presser, the actor was seen placing his legs on the table in front of him in the presence of dozens of Hyderabad-based film journalists. The same has been used as an example by trolls in slinging mud at the actor. 

But the same had a context. The ‘Arjun Reddy’ actor did so to tell a journalist that he is as accessible as before. The journalist in question had gently told VD this: “You are now a pan-India actor. We are not able to interact with you as freely as before.” The ‘Geetha Govindam’ actor wanted to prove that he is a chilled-out guy who behaves like a commoner. 

On Friday, Vijay clarified his stance. ‘Taxiwala’ actor wrote, “Anybody trying to grow in their field will always have a target on their back – But we fight back. And when you are honest, with yourself and want the best for everyone – The love of people and God will protect you.”

Meanwhile, ‘Liger’ is set to hit the screens on Aug 25.
