'Roudram Ranam Rudhiram' is rumouredly going to hit the screens on 12 January 2022. As per sections of Bollywood media, this is the date that has been conveyed to the distributors in Maharashtra by Pen Studios.

If true, the Rajamouli directorial is going to disrupt the plans of at least one pan-India release. 'Radhe Shyam' is also scheduled to release for Sankranthi. Whatever happens to the Prabhas-starrer now? Starring Pooja Hegde as the heroine, this movie was to be a 2020 release. It has to be seen what the makers will do if 'RRR' arrives.

And if 'RRR' releases for Sankranthi, it is also going to throw out of gear two other movies: Mahesh Babu's ‘Sarkaru Vaari Paata’ and Pawan Kalyan's ‘Bheemla Nayak’. While these are not pan-India releases, they have placed their bets on drawing the Sankranthi crowds.

For now, the release date of 'RRR' has been kept under wraps by DVV Entertainments. It has to be seen if the Jr NTR-Ram Charan duo are going to spring a surprise and cause disruption in a big way.
