The rise of OTT platforms in the entertainment business have compelled many Bollywood star to move to digital entertainment space. After Saif Ali Khan, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Pankaj Tripathi and many others, Shahid Kapoor is also set to join the club. Shahid is set to appear in director duo Raj and DK's next project which is about to go on floors this week in Mumbai and the production will wrap by June 2021.

South Indian star Vijay Sethupathi is also gonna have an important role in this planned thriller. A source revealed, "Vijay Sethupathi has been roped in for a pivotal role in the series. Raj and DK wanted someone of his stature to join the cast of the action thriller. The team plans to kickstart the shoot of the same from January in Mumbai and Goa. The action thriller will be an episodic series and have both Shahid and Vijay in a never seen before role. The untitled show will also mark Vijay's debut in a series on the OTT platform."
