'Hera Pheri' franchise is arguably the most successful and beloved comedy series in Bollywood. The characters of Shyam, Raju and Baburao have become iconic and their dialogs are quoted even today in daily life. The gold news for fans is that producer Firoz Nadiadwala has confirmed the plans for the next installments in the franchise and according to him, Akshay Kumar, Sunil Shetty and Paresh Rawal will comeback to reprise their characters.

Firoz told Pinkvilla, "We were being extra careful on the script. Now that we have things in place, I can say, banegi tab do teen Hera Pheri saath mein banegi, Inshallah. We will make up for the time gap between part two and three.”

The producer is making sure that the sequels aren't just cliche cashgrabs and have the same quality as the originals. He said, “More than pressure, it is a moral responsibility to deliver quality product to the audience. God has blessed us with such a good franchise, so we have to be careful with the story, screenplay, dialogue, and give our best. We don’t have to take our franchise for granted, but start from the scratch. We have been working towards attaining this goal.”
