The controversial death of Kannada cinema and Television actress Hemasri death put behind her husband, politician Surendra Babu behind the bars. Justice L Narayanaswamy single bench has granted bail to the alleged culprit on condition. The bail order reaches Surendra Babu on Thursday for release from prison.

The hearing in the case of Hemasri death is not complete and a few more witnesses have to appear. So the bail should not be granted was argued did not come to use. As the alleged culprit has served three years of remand, the delay in produce of witness allows him to get the bail was the counter argument. It may be recalled on 8th October 2012 actress Hemasri was found dead in mysterious circumstances. On the way to Andhra Pradesh Ananthapura district, Suresh Babu giving sleeping dose to Hemasri was part of the death of his wife was the case registered.
