Comedienne Hema, who was recently seen in 'Vinaya Vidheya Rama' as Kiara Advani's mother, is in the news for saying that she doesn't have to join the Jana Sena just because Pawan Kalyan hails from the Telugu film industry.
"Don't expect me to join Jana Sena. Why should I join it? I may join the party that gives the maximum space for women. If I get a ticket, I will contest in the coming elections. If not, I will continue to do films," Hema has said. She was at a women's meeting organized by Communists in Eluru.
During her speech at the Communist meet, Hema speechified that all women should stand united. "When a husband has an affair with another woman, a woman shouldn't blame the other woman. Instead, we should discipline one's husband. Every mother has the responsibility to bring up her sons in the right way, in such a way that they respect all women," Hema said.
She made an appeal to everyone to never take money for votes.
