‘Hello World’ logs 100 million viewing minutes on ZEE5

ZEE5 started to stream ‘Hello World’ on August 12. The web series, written and directed by Sivasai Vardhan Jaladanki, has been deemed original and highly satisfying by the viewers in both Telugu and Tamil. 

The news is that the office drama has so far clocked more than 100 million viewing minutes in the two languages put together, which makes it one of the most successful Telugu-language web series ever. 

Producer Niharika Konidela is elated. The success is a follow-up to her banner Pink Elephant Pictures’ ‘Oka Chinna Family Story’ amassing huge numbers on ZEE5. 

The makers said that ‘Hello World’ owes its success to its relatability. “The lives and career-related compulsions, fears and hopes of the IT crowd have been depicted with authenticity. That’s why the IT crowd and Engineering grads are loving it a lot,” a source says. 

Starring Aryan Rajesh (as a trailer at an IT firm) and Sadaa (of ‘Jayam’ fame) in seemingly mature roles, ‘Hello World’ also features Ram Nitin, Nayan Karishma, Sudharsan Govind, Nitya Shetty, Nikil V Simha, Apoorva Rao, Geela Anil, Snehal S Kamat, Ravi Varma, and Jayaprakash.The music has been composed by PK Dhandi. Edited by Praveen Pudi and with costumes by Aanshi Gupta, its cinematography is by Edurolu Raju.
