Hebah Patel, who has been consistently playing glamorous and chirpy roles since 'Kumari 21F', is now playing a deaf-mute role in an upcoming movie. The actress, who was seen in a special song in the Sankranthi release 'RED', will be an orphan in the untitled flick.

It's learned that the 'Ekkadiki Pothavu Chinavada' actress will be seen emoting in sign language in the revenge drama. For the role, she has got trained in the language.

One is reminded of Anushka Shetty's role from 'Nishabdham', the 2020 OTT release, in which the 'Baahubali' and 'Bhaagamathie' actress was seen as a deaf-mute artist. Hebah is determined to get critical applause by essaying the 'hatka' role in the film.

In another news, Hebah recently signed up to do a Tamil-language crime drama to be directed by Sundar C. The film also features Chandini Tamizharasan. The 'Orey Bujjiga' actress is also doing 'Telisinavaalu', a film directed by directed by Viplove Koneti.
