The recent film 'Heart Beats' which had a young cast is in troubles. The film which did not do well in the box office is now facing all kind of allegations by its producer and the lead actress Simran. For those who were surprised to see Simran as an HIV patient in her come back film, the actress says that she came to know about it only when her friends who had seen the film called her up and asked her why she accepted the role of an HIV patient. "I was only told that mine is going to be the role of a mysterious woman whom the doctor Benoy Idikkula , Indarajith's character , falls in love with. Nobody told me that the woman has HIV, according to the story. The script which was shot was very different from the one that was narrated to me. I agreed to star in the film because the story was very good", says Simran who discontinued her work in the film as soon she realized that something else was being shot.

The actress is planning to file a suit against the producer and the director for bringing disrepute. But the producer, Jolly Joseph who penned the story of the film has his share of agony against the crew. The producer planned the film as one that will give a message against AIDS to the youth, who roam free without care. But the film turned out to be something different from the original story as the director chopped off some dialogues which had the said message.

When enquired by the producer, the director simply responded that as the audio quality was too low he had to cut out some sequences, which were not so important for the film. Any way, the film has resulted in a big loss and disrepute for its bizarre ways of making.
