Actor Vikram, the Tamil star, was in town, for the shoot of his movie Anniyan (Aparichitudu in Telugu) under the direction of Shankar.
In a chat with scribes he said he was at the verge of quitting films after his much-expected Sethu did not start promisingly. But a late pick-up ensured that Vikram did not pack his bags and go.
The rest, as they say, is screen chemistry.
