Everything relating to Megastar's 150th film has been religiously followed and written about by the media. In recent days, there were reports that Vijayashanthi may be roped in to play an interesting role (probably a brief but impactful cameo) in the film. Latest, some sections of the media have said that Jagapathi Babu may play a villain's role in this as-yet-untitled flick.

This year, Jagapathi Babu has been cast in Sukumar's Nannaku Prematho as the main antagonist. Ever since that film, Jaggu Bhai has been flooded with a number of irresistible, big-ticket offers even from Kollywood. Since he comes across as a trendy villain, Jaggu Bhai is in currency. In the past, he has been a powerful villain opposite Nandamuri Balakrishna. If he gets cast in Chiru's film, he can't ask for more.

However, there is nothing to suggest that the talented actor has been approached by VV Vinayak for any role.
