Navdeep has a pretty cute smile. Now he can afford to let out a smile of contentment.

His just released Gowtham SSC has got a decent opening. And more importantly, Navdeep’s work as a wayward youth who ends up in the Civil services through the dint of his hard work has also won the critics’ approval.

Navdeep is happy with the turn of events. He was down in the dumps after Modati Cinema, on which he had set much store by, flopped at the box office.

It was a failure that hurt Navdeep very much as the music and the film’s treatment were indeed different.

But Navdeep did not let that failure lay him low. He focused relentlessly on Gowtham SSC. And its results are vindicating him.

Navdeep, who was introduced by Teja, said he vibed well with Arun Prasad (the director of Gowtham SSC).

Navdeep knows that it takes perseverance and patience to be accepted by both the industry and the public. ‘My aim is to do good work. I want to improve always.’

Just as well.
