HC wants to know if Raja underwent psychiatry analysis

In what might be embarrassing for senior BJP leader and the party’s national general secretary H. Raja, the High Court of Madras has sought to know whether Raja was made to undergo psychiatry analysis.
A complaint was lodged with the Ambattur Police in Chennai against Raja stating that the latter was speaking in a manner which amounted to fomenting violence and communal disharmony. The complainant also made a case for sending Raja to undergo psychiatry analysis as he appeared to me suffering from mental disorders.
Taking up the petition, the High Court asked the police to decide soon about whether or not to send Raja to undergo psychiatry analysis as per the petitioner’s demand.
The Court has given time till next Wednesday (28th March) to the Police to respond. BJP sources haven’t yet reacted to this.
