HC disposes of Charmme's petition

The Hon'ble High Court, Hyderabad, has given the SIT certain directions, disposing of the petition filed on Monday by Charmme.

Refusing to direct the SIT to allow her lawyer to be present during the interrogation, the Court said that the actress' blood, hair and nail samples can't be taken without her consent.

The interrogation should go on from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. only. In case the interrogation is not completed, Charmme can be asked to attend another round of inquiry.

The team questioning her should have at least one woman officer.
