In Hindu philosophy and religion Hayagriva` is known as Sri Vishnu Avatara – God of knowledge and wisdom, a human body and horse head. It is Sri Vadiraja Thirtharu of 15th century worshipped Hayagriva` one of the Vishnu Avatara.

Now the power of knowledge, wisdom and humanity is the constituent of hero Dhruva Sarja top hero of Kannada cinema such as Addhuri, Bahaddur super hit films. The third one Bharjari` of Dhruva Sarja is ready to hit silver screen soon. He is now in his fourth film Hayagriva`.

Sri Jagadguru Movie BK Gangadhar is producing this film. The muhurut of the film was held at Ganapathi temple on Modi Road. BK Gangadhar senior producer showed clap board while elder brother of Dhruva Sarja – Chiranjeevi Sarja switched on the camera for the muhurut shot.Nandakishor has penned story, screenplay besides direction. Ananthnag, Prakash Rai, Ramyakrishna, Sadhu Kokila, Tabala Nani, Ravishanker are in the cast. Arjun Janya music, Vaidhi cinematography, KM Prakash editing, Harsha dance, Anal Arasu stunts, Mohan B Kere art direction joins the technical team.The shoot is planned in Bengaluru, Vijapura, Chaina and others locations. Five songs and six stunts are part of the film.
